Kimmy and I bet you've eaten just a feeling that good old liver and onions from my mother is eating us. Humphh!

Try the beef liver or chicken dusted with flour - shake in the bag - with fried chopped onions (and mushrooms if you like) in the S & P butter and a clove of garlic ... Walking for most makes and then remove to give a bowl and get enough red wine to the pieces and cook for a few minutes then add the livers and things, and turn to cook a few minutes.

This is not your grandma's liver! hehe ... Serve with buttered noodles with chopped parsley, of course, your favorite green vegetables (green beans or asparagus?) Nice roll and a glass of your house red!

In reality it is a recipe for French as I am over 25 years ... There were probably fresh thyme ... I add fresh herbs, if I am in the garden in winter but usually only parsley ...

If you like iron deficiency, like me, is a winner (!) Would be the why the spinach, he can be put forward.

My favorite.Parmesan .. Well ... Spinach, that in a fight with bacon or sausage using (Italian is good) and milled at the end ... The first time I had .. a famous Italian restaurant as a teenager . He specifically asked Joe after the restaurant that accompanies it.

Today is a good way to eat it in an envelope, like a burrito or pita bread ... Ciao!

I like the liver, but I do not like to clean yourself. At first I only use chicken liver. Trim every bit Yuky halve. Remove any loose membrane. Once done, rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Now prepare a plate with a small amount of flour (about 1 / 4 cup), a dish with an egg with milk and a shallow bowl with experienced flour (maybe 1 cup? Beaten). You can use black pepper, Lowry, garlic, salt or other seasonings you like. Soft roll the liver in flour, then egg, then into flour experienced press, so that it remain so. Now they are in oil and half butter, half, Nice and ready fried. You can boneless chicken, or simply add the wings and fry them the same way, too. Of course, the chicken is much longer, and usually baked in the oven when roasting the whole way, because it uses less oil.

Everyone needs to eat a balanced diet ... So we are at our best mentally and physically.

Try all the food groups, the colorful fruit and vegetables, the vitamins and nutrients more food packaging ...

If you eat meat, I would stay out of the body "meat", such as liver, heart, kidneys, brain. Because they function as filters for the body .... May be somewhat contained, that is not nutritious.

Instead of treating meat, white meat chicken, lean beef, lamb and fish.

When you shop for food, meat and dairy sections .... Go to the other islands, because these foods are not processed fresh foods, for example .. .... It is simply add water .... or something you pop in the oven and a few minutes ago ... loaded with chemicals you on the field, it is read on ...

Best of luck,

Liver is so unpleasant, never eaten (I'm vegetarian). My mother has eaten the whole time, she says, it is an acquired taste. Smells, too, unfortunately, no revenue.
Now spinach is good. D'épinard freshly boiled with salt and onions, and it is good! It needs nothing more. You get a mouthful of spinach or a cake or quiche.
