Where can I buy Russian/Chinese cartoons in the US - specifically Vinni Puh? - us cartoons maxine

When I few years ago Russia, I bought two cartoons that I liked - was Vinni Puh, and another about a crocodile. Since then I've lost, the movies and I'm pretty sad about it. Does anybody know where (besides eBay) I can not caricatures of Russia or China to be played in the United States without getting in Russia or China?
