Ezetemibe, a cholesterol-lowering drugs and is marketed under the trade names Ezetrol and Zetia lowers cholesterol in the blood by inhibiting the intestinal absorption of the Niemann-Pick C1Like1 (NPC1L1) in intestinal brush border. Ezetimibe lowers LDL-C.
I know that is the form of ezetimibe to an increase in HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C)?
